Overview:

Nice bike tour throught the Florence hills with mountain bikes. We’ll start the tour from the Impruneta village where the famous terracotta pottery, rooftiles and floortiles are made, from there we gently ride along the famous Florentine Chianti up and down the hills on the “Renassaince trail” down to Florence, passing throught old villages on secondary and dirt roads. We’ll take some nice pictures over Florence and the vineyards.

From there we head down to Florence stopping on the way at a local restaurant for where we’ll enjoy a light lunch of local food.

Tour overview:

Nice bike tour throught the Northern Chianti Classico hills with e-bikes. We’ll start the tour from the medieval town of Greve in Chianti a nice little village where the famous explorer Giovanni da Verrazzano was born. From there we gently ride up to the famous Chianti hills toward one of the most spectacular vineyard hills of the Chianti area, passing throught old villages on secondary and dirt roads. We’ll than stop at a Medieval hamlet of Volpaia where time seems to have stopped in the middle age, to enjoy a light wine tasting and take some more pictures on the vineyards.

From there we head back to Panzano where we can admire all the valleys around from the old town castle and stopping at a superb restaurant where we’ll enjoy a light lunch of local food.

Tour overview:

A fantastic mountain bike tour throught the Chianti Classico hills with e-bikes. We’ll start the tour from the medieval town of San Casciano in Val di Pesa. Just a little bike setup and we are ready to go.
The first section in on a bike road along the Pesa river just to admire the Tuscany hills covered by trees and fields. A little climb to a secondary road brings us up to admire the first vineyard lines and the panoramic views.
At the top of it Badia a Passignano towers and walls will appear surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. As we reach the abbey we relax a little with an Italian expresso and a little walk around.  It’s now time to get back on the bikes toward one of the most spectacular vineyard of the area, the Tignanello farm, passing throught old villages, little churches all on secondary and dirt roads. We’ll than stop at a Medieval Castle to enjoy a light wine tasting and take some more pictures on the vineyards.
Finally we head back to the starting point stopping along the way at a superb restaurant where we’ll enjoy a light lunch of local food.

Overview:

The “Florence hills e-bike tour” is a Mountain bike ride over the hills just south of the Florence valley. Within 15 minutes from Florence we’re in the countryside and going uphill on old roads and easy trails into the woods. The climbing is made very easy with the use of our e-mountainbikes. You still have to pedal your way up but the electric engine will help you a lot.
Going up we’ll also enjoy some very nice and panoramic views over Florence and its Duomo, and all the old farmhouses that makes these places famous around the world.
